As an experienced Engineering Program/Project Manager at Apple's Identity Management Services team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional and cross-geographic program/project initiatives. Your role will involve driving strategy, roadmap, and direction setting for Apple's Identity Management Services Products and Platform. Key Responsibilities: - Independently lead projects of varying scale and complexity with cross-functional development teams. - Review business requirements, ensure clarity, and establish expectations for services requested. - Develop and execute processes, frameworks, metrics, project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, and resources. - Prioritize team activities, drive resolution of issues across all areas of the program, and communicate status and issues to teams, leadership, and other partners. - Advise and carry out risk assessment and mitigation plans as needed. - Represent the engineering teams with other internal and external organizations within Apple. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree or deep related field of work experience. MBA or equivalent business education is a plus. - Technical background is preferred. - Experience with Identity Management solutions is helpful but not mandatory. - 4+ years of proven track record in the program/project or product management role or similar management consulting/Investment Banking experience. - Ability to conceptualize and drive sophisticated projects with cross-functional teams competing priorities and tight timelines. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels and develop partnerships. - Experience and knowledge of Agile Development.
