Engineering Program Manager, Enterprise Technology Services

Role Overview: You will be part of the Emerging Technologies team at Apple, working on building forward-looking, very scalable platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with versatile engineering teams to design and develop perimeter security solutions that protect critical services and systems from various security threats. As a proactive and self-motivated individual, you will be responsible for overseeing critical programs, improving processes, and driving technical initiatives to success. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the roadmap, priorities, and timelines of critical programs - Supervise day-to-day program activities and engineering scrums - Identify opportunities to enhance processes with measurable outcomes - Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams throughout the development cycle - Build relationships with cross-functional teams, influence decisions, and garner support for project success - Serve as the primary contact for development teams and manage relationships with other functional teams - Ensure alignment on scope, requirements, timeline, resource allocations, and execution plan among all teams - Lead technical discussions, root cause analysis, and summarize outcomes for decision-making - Present new feature initiatives, highlight top issues, risks, and critical achievements to leadership Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in software development - Previous experience in leading complex technical programs involving multiple cross-functional teams - Proficiency in defining product roadmaps, leading Agile/Scrum development processes, and managing the complete software development lifecycle - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field (preferred) - Ability to identify and mitigate risks, prioritize demands, and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of the OSI model and network protocols - Familiarity with network protocols and technologies - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Note: The job description concludes with a request to submit your CV.,
