Job Title: Hands-On Engineering Manager .NET Core, Angular, BI Tools ***Looking for Immediate joiner who are willing to work from Hyderabad Office*** About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong technical background in .NET Core, Angular , and solid understanding of database concepts . The ideal candidate will lead by example, contribute directly to code, and mentor a growing team of developers. Exposure to Business Intelligence tools and a mindset for data-driven development are highly preferred. Youll play a dual roleboth as a technical leader and a people managerhelping architect scalable solutions, enforce best practices, and drive software delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers across multiple projects. Remain hands-on with development—designing, coding, and reviewing as needed (up to 40-50% of your time). Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions across .NET Core and Angular-based projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Data to deliver high-quality software. Implement best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and CI/CD processes. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Guide adoption of BI tools for reporting, analytics, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Conduct regular code and design reviews to maintain quality and performance standards. Manage performance reviews, career development plans, and team engagement initiatives. Technical Skills & Qualifications: 12+ years of overall software development experience. Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core application development. Proficient in Angular (latest versions) for building modern web front ends. Deep understanding of database design , SQL , and data modeling (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar). Experience with RESTful API development , microservices , and scalable architecture. Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SSRS, or similar) is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. Exposure to modern engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, automated testing, and performance tuning. Passion for mentorship, team building, and continuous improvement.
