Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, your role involves overseeing platform stability and ensuring smooth functioning on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for proposing and managing budgets for projects and growth, as well as supervising the work of multiple teams including build, test, and infrastructure. Your duties will also include planning and executing strategies to complete projects on time, identifying potential roadblocks, and creating contingency plans swiftly addressing bugs and breaks in the operational environment. Additionally, you will determine the need for training and talent development, focus on team building, and collaborate with management for successful product launches by providing clear instructions to engineering teams.
