Key Deliverables

Oversee multiple backend projects, ensuring scalability and high performance.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, conducting regular performance reviews.
Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop innovative product solutions.
Lead planning meetings, drive OKRs, and monitor project progress through detailed reporting.
