Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage sprints, milestones, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Support integration of Generative AI features in collaboration with technical teams.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines with DevOps and engineering teams.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk registers.
• Collaborate across teams to align execution with business objectives.
• Track KPIs, budgets, and manage risks and change requests.
• Foster strong relationships with teams and clients through proactive communication.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

Must Have:

• 6-8 years of software development / project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with

  Azure DevOps

  (boards, repositories, CI/CD).
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker; Kubernetes a plus).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills (Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in cloud-native or AI-driven projects.
• Exposure to Jira, Trello, or other PM tools.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit-ready environments.
• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Technical writing or training documentation experience.
