As an Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects from planning and execution to successful delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, design, and client stakeholders) to ensure that business goals, quality, and timelines are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. Manage sprints, milestones, resources, and delivery timelines. Support integration of Generative AI features in collaboration with technical teams. Oversee CI/CD pipelines with DevOps and engineering teams. Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings. Maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk registers. Collaborate across teams to align execution with business objectives. Track KPIs, budgets, and manage risks and change requests. Foster strong relationships with teams and clients through proactive communication. Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices. Must Have: 6-8 years of software development / project management experience. Strong knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies. Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (boards, repositories, CI/CD). Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker; Kubernetes a plus). Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Excellent documentation and reporting skills (Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience in cloud-native or AI-driven projects. Exposure to Jira, Trello, or other PM tools. Familiarity with compliance and audit-ready environments. PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification. Technical writing or training documentation experience. You are welcome to be part of Nimbusnext!
