Job Description

Job Role: Tech Engineering Manager

Prior experience building and leading development for
internal platforms, logistics tools, or operational systems

Strong engineering background in
Java

.NET
, or both, with hands-on design and architecture experience.
Proven leadership in managing and mentoring engineers across varying levels of seniority.
Deep knowledge in designing and maintaining
high-availability, distributed systems
.
Hands-on experience with
cloud platforms
such as
AWS
and/or
OCI
, including services like
EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC
.
Familiarity with
infrastructure-as-code
tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation),
CI/CD pipelines
, and
observability tools
(e.g., Grafana, DataDog, Prometheus).
Strong understanding of
containerization and orchestration
using
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Solid knowledge of
cloud-native design principles
and
DevOps best practices
.
Experience developing
service specifications, data models
, and managing
cloud migration
projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align technical direction with business goals.
Passion for
engineering excellence
