Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Head to oversee the engineering operations at our Sikkim, India location. This full-time, on-site position involves managing and leading an engineering team, ensuring efficiency across manufacturing processes, supervising project lifecycles, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The role also includes identifying areas for process optimization, implementing automation strategies, and driving innovation to support the company's growth and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to inspire and guide engineering teams effectively.
• Demonstrated skills in Engineering Management and Project Management to streamline infrastructure and development projects.
• Familiarity with Software Development to oversee automation integrations and technology-driven solutions in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in workflow optimization, problem-solving, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing sectors is a plus.
