Job Description

As a Support Engineer in the water disinfection projects, your role will involve: - Conducting engineering evaluations and feasibility studies for water disinfection projects, analyzing data, and identifying potential issues or areas for improvement. - Staying updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in water and water disinfection projects. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially the Mechanical team, to assist in prototype development. - Developing mathematical models for membrane filtration. - Providing technical assistance and support through P&IDs, PFDs, and guidelines. - Evaluating and testing prototypes and products like membranes, carbon media, and pool water sensors. - Performing statistical data analysis, simulation, and modeling. - Supporting the development of lab analytical methods and techniques. - Maintaining lab equipment by ensuring routine calibration and equipment ownership. - Ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards. - Demonstrating commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field. Qualifications required for this position include: - ME/M.Tech in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering. - B.E/B.Tech in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience.
