The position involves supporting engineering evaluations and feasibility studies for water disinfection projects by analyzing data and identifying potential issues or improvements. You will be expected to understand and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in water and water disinfection projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the Mechanical team, to support prototype development is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will develop mathematical models for membrane filtration and provide technical assistance and support, such as P&IDs, PFDs, and guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating and testing prototypes and products, including membranes, carbon media, and pool water sensors. Statistical data analysis, simulation, and modeling will be part of your daily tasks. Supporting the development of lab analytical methods and techniques, as well as maintaining lab equipment through routine calibration and equipment ownership, are essential duties. Ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards is crucial to maintain a safe working environment. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field is expected from the ideal candidate. Educational Qualification: - ME/M.Tech (Chemical/Biochemical Engg, Environmental Engg) or B.E/B.Tech (Chemical/Biochemical) with 2 years of industrial experience.
