3.Engaging Service providers to getmaximum output.
4. Project planning & monitoring
5. Follow the UTCL design safety standard for project engineering/execution.
6.Must possess good communication, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skill.
7.Should be good at various problem-solving tools, ensure completion of the project jobs as entrusted in stipulated time with maintaining desired quality standards of all norms.
8.Ensure effective cost Management to minimize variable cost and fixed cost, under the situation and maintain financial discipline. Plan for benchmark improvements for timely completion of civil projects.
9. Direct / guide & ensure effective management of people to ensure productivity, skills & development of motivated and performance-oriented workforce.
