Job Description

The role involves responsibilities such as installing cinema audio equipment, troubleshooting, and calibrating professional audio equipment, as well as repairing and servicing such equipment. You will be required to crimp and solder cables as per the specifications provided by different departments. Additionally, conducting training sessions for field engineers and end users, assisting the sales team in pre-sales calls, and preparing cables and connectors for installation are part of the job. Maintaining the customer database is also a key responsibility. The prerequisites for this position include having a basic understanding of audio equipment and PCB repairing. Candidates with an ITI/Diploma in a relevant field and 0-2 years of experience are preferred. Knowledge of computer hardware and networking is considered an added advantage. Being willing to travel across India is a requirement for this role. This position is based in Chennai and Hyderabad.,
