Job Summary
Job Title: HR Lead / SPOC Location: CSAPL Bengaluru Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all HR and resourcing issues The ideal candidate will coordinate with the supplier's technical team for candidate selection, manage day to day resource operations, and enhance employee relations to improve productivity and retention Responsibilities: Serve as the SPOC for all HR and resourcing issues from the supplier Coordinate with the supplier's technical team to interview and propose suitable candidates to SAP Collaborate with SAP Operations management on daily resource management Report on HR metrics and maintain customer interactions Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Provide daily HR guidance to operations management Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Conduct regular meetings with supplier staff and develop action plans to resolve HR related issues Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning Identify and evaluate training needs for teams and individuals Suggest new HR strategies to enhance operational efficiency Conduct and participate in service management calls, ensuring action plans are executed Prepare and submit reports for management review meetings Escalate resource/policy issues to supplier management with action plans for resolution Communicate customer escalations to supplier management and provide action plans for resolution Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for supplier staff, ensuring compliance with SAP procedures Coordinate candidate playback sessions and logistics with SAP and candidates Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely submission and compliance with SAP requirements Set up quarterly business reviews with SAP CTW service management and supplier delegates Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in Human Resources, specifically in a lead or managerial role Strong understanding of HR processes, including interviewing skill and employee relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to resolve complex HR issues effectively Experience in demand management (resourcing) and reporting Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SAP systems and processes Experience in a technical recruitment environment Knowledge of workforce planning and training needs assessment Proficiency in using HR management software and tools Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a technical or IT environment HR certification (eg, SHRM CP, PHR) is a plus We invite qualified candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives and contribute to our organizational success,
