Job Description

Key Responsibility

(Work Location - Dharuhera)

  • CMM Programming and Inspection
  • To make CMM programs & inspection of development parts
  • Metrology inspection CMM(Mitutoyo M443, Crysta Plus), Con-tracer(Mitutoyo CV 3100), Roundness Tester(Mitutoyo RA 2100), Roughness Tester(Mitutoyo SJ-410,SJ-210).
  • To do calibration of receiving/position Gauges on CMM.
  • To do calibration of dial indicator and puppy dial on ULM(FIE/UTE-40).
  • Do entry for external calibration instruments in ERP.
  • Basic repairing of Instruments \

Qualification

  • B.Tech or Diploma in mechanical
  • Have relevant experience of 2 -5 years in CMM Programming and inspection
  • Have good knowledge of CMM operation, programming, GD&T, and metrology
  • Is open to relocate and work in Dharuhera
