Engineer - Site ( Fire Fighting & Plumbing )

Job Responsibilities

• Execution the Project as per Approved Drawings, Specifications, Scope of Work and Quality.

• Managed the schedule of installation, testing and commissioning.

• Coordination with consultants and contractors when required.

• Coordination with other departments.

• Attends meetings with customers or their representatives when required.

• Check installation against design

• Co-ordinated with other designers and engineers.

• Maintaining the good relation with Client, Project management consultants (PMC), Vendors and Contractors

• Quality inspection and Execution of Mechanical systems like Fire Fighting, Plumbing internal and External work , HVAC High side and Low side systems, Electrical work, FA and PA Systems.

• Preparing of daily progress reports

• Bill and quantity verifications.

• Manage safety issue on site during working hrs.

• Selection of Air Conditioning system component selection like AHU, Chillers, Cooling towers, Pumps, Blowers, &diffusers..

• Can calculate AHU tonnage and CFM calculate

• Checking as for drawing

  slab Conduiting

• Checking as for drawing wall Conduiting, circuit check and wiring.

• Fire Fighting site Execution Works at External & Internal.

• Chilled water line Piping installation

  as for approved shop drawing and

  pipe layout.

• Duct installation

  as for approved shop drawing and as per SMACNA standard.

• Grills and diffusers installation.

• Water supply & Drainage pipe installation.

• Installation systems like Wet Riser Down Comer system, automatic sprinkler system, Fire Ring Main, Hydrant System, Fire Extinguishers, Pipe Line works, Pumps Erection

• Installing the sewage water pumps,ABR, sump pumps, external and internal sewage water network, manholes,sanitary fixtures, floor drains, roof air vent, sewage and vent pipe etc

• Installation the storm water network , manholes and Rainwater harvesting.

• Installation and commissioning of electric and diesel pumps, jockey pumps,sprinklers, fire hose cabinet, landing valves, etc

• Installation and commissioning of the domestic water pumps,soft water pumps,filter feed pumps water supplies to building.

• FA and PA System installation,vesda panel ,wld panel,rodent panel installation,fire panel installation and FM200/Novec gas suppression installation.
