Engineer

As a candidate for this role, you should possess 5-10 years of experience in a physical plant setting, especially if you hold a B.E. degree in Automotive Paint Process, Manufacturing, or Engineering. Your technical background should include experience in at least one process line, such as 4Wheel or 2Wheel, focusing on Pre-Treatment, Sealing, Topcoat, and Bumper paint processes.
