Engineer - Process Gas & Liquid

As a Senior Analytical Engineer at Emerson in India, you will be responsible for designing detailed technical solutions for specific customer applications, including sample handling systems, support structures, power distribution, signal distribution, gas distribution, and interconnecting devices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Following departmental and PMO Processes to deliver technically complete designs on time, meeting Emerson quality standards - Proficiently creating electronic drafting (AutoCAD) files of P&ID drawings, structural arrangement drawings, electrical diagrams, fabrication drawings, etc. - Specifying all purchased and fabricated components required to build solutions, including analyzers, submitting bid specifications, releasing components for order, and working closely with vendors and procurement teams - Engaging with customers, attending Customer KOM, addressing Customer Queries, and resolving deviations to specifications - Collaborating effectively with customers and suppliers for all technical matters, including addressing customer drawing comments and feedback - Performing Pre-FAT and FAT and SAT with customer/site travel involved To excel in this role, you should have experience in Instrumentation and Process Engineering, familiarity with various Analyzers and associated components like samplers and dryers, and an understanding of hazardous area classification and applications for international installations. Preferred qualifications that will set you apart include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Instrumentation/Chemical with a minimum of 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
