Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements.
  
• Connect Power BI to various data sources (Excel, SQL, SharePoint, etc.) and ensure accurate data representation.
  
• Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to prepare data for reporting.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather reporting needs and ensure alignment.
  
• Maintain, optimize, and update existing dashboards for performance and relevance.
  
• Document report logic, data sources, and dashboard structures for future reference.
  
• Support data quality checks and ensure consistent and error-free reporting.
  
• Continuously learn and adopt TKMs reporting standards and best practices.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI – dashboard creation, DAX formulas, data modeling.
  
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros).
  
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries (preferred).
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Eagerness to learn Toyota’s systems, tools, and continuous improvement culture.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) – Any stream (preferably Computer Science, Information Science, Industrial Engineering, or related)
  
• Recent graduate (Year of Passing: 2024/2025)
  
• Academic project or certification in Power BI or Data Analytics preferred.
  

Employment Type

• Full-Time / Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – 12-month training period with possibility of confirmation based on performance.
