Engineer - Panel Fabrication & Machine Integration

In ACG Pharma Technologies Pvt Ltd, your role involves monitoring and managing machine design and integration activities. Here are your key responsibilities: - Support Automation & Controls Head in verifying process inputs for the Automation department, including the Approved Project URS Deviation list, Customer approved Sales Order scope, and Customer approved P&ID/flow chart. - Create customer P&ID/Flow chart from the Master pre-sales phase or project scope to release process for customer P&ID or Flowchart Version 1.00 or higher. - Execute Software ITR with simulation software before FAT to report ITR for software. - Execute control panel ITR before FAT to report panel ITR on yellow pages. - Support Hardware engineering in creating content for IIOT list from EPLAN to release process for IIOT tag list. - Support Software engineering to create, test & release project Software (PLC, SCADA & IIOT Interface and IIOT Tag list). Your main focus areas include driving design, simulation, and QA process for the controls system to achieve on-time delivery in full for production machines. You will interact with key interfaces such as First Time Right and On-Time Delivering In Full (OTDIF). Additionally, you will be responsible for effective team development by following People Development responsibilities. Competencies required for this role include Product Management, Safety, Communication, Persona-Partner, Persona-Integrator, Persona-Builder, Data Integrity Process for Design, Execution & testing, Problem Solving, and familiarity with EPLAN platform.,
