We are seeking an experienced Engineer Paint Process to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paint technologies and will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing paint processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize paint processes for manufacturing.
Conduct experiments to improve paint adhesion, durability, and appearance.
Collaborate with production teams to implement paint process improvements.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards in paint application.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in paint or coating processes.
Strong knowledge of coating technologies and application methods.
Experience with quality control and assurance in paint processes.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards in manufacturing.
Proficient in data analysis and process optimization techniques.
