Job Description

As a qualified and motivated MS Core and Cloud Specialist at Ericsson, you will be dedicated to providing technology leadership, specialist knowledge, and extended support in Core and Cloud domains such as CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team contributing to Managed Services deliverables as part of the Ericsson Operations Engine. Key Responsibilities: - Infuse Core and Cloud domain expertise into the Domain support and Automated Operations team. - Aid the Automation and Analytics team by applying Core and Cloud domain expertise to support various use cases. - Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions to solve potential problems for the automation components. - Amplify and propel recovery processes. - Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of automated Service Delivery methodologies. - Perform trend analysis diligently to detect potential system failures proactively, ensuring restoration and repair when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode Of Operations. - Overall understanding of Automation. - Experience in EPG operations and maintenance. - Knowledge of Identity And Access Management. - Familiarity with 5G Core Architecture. - Understanding of Work Level Agreement (WLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). - Focus on Customer Experience. - Experience with Ericsson Charging System - Configuration Management. - Skills in Database Management. - Proficiency in System Administration. - Knowledge of ITIL Framework.
