Join our Team About this opportunity: You are invited to join Ericsson as a qualified and motivated MS Core and Cloud Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technology leadership, specialized knowledge, and extended support in Core and Cloud domains such as CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. As part of the Ericsson Operations Engine, you will be a valuable member of a dynamic team contributing to our Managed Services deliverables. What you will do: - Infuse Core and Cloud domain expertise into our Domain support and Automated Operations team. - Support the Automation and Analytics team with your Core and Cloud domain knowledge for various use cases. - Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions to address potential problems related to automation components. - Improve recovery processes and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of automated Service Delivery methodologies. - Conduct trend analysis diligently to proactively detect potential system failures, ensuring timely restoration and repair. The skills you bring: - Proficiency in Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode Of Operations. - Comprehensive understanding of Automation. - Experience in EPG operations and maintenance. - Knowledge of Identity And Access Management. - Familiarity with 5G Core Architecture. - Understanding of Work Level Agreement (WLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). - Focus on Customer Experience. - Expertise in Ericsson Charging System - Configuration Management. - Competence in Database Management and System Administration. - Familiarity with ITIL Framework.,
