Job Description

1) Support the SIC in implementation of spares sales strategies by providing Quotation Proforma Invoice to customers, and ensuring invoicing of the material despatch Responsibilities Accountabilities Support the SIC in implementation of spares sales strategies by providing Quotation Proforma Invoice to customers, and ensuring invoicing of the material despatch Ensure customer satisfaction by bringing in efficiency in processes and executing activities for order execution Ensure Quote generation Proforma generation in receipt of Order Ensure material availability of Spares Raise request for PR WO for ordered Spare fore cast Spares Follow-up with Planning SCM for availability of material Providing pick list to stores Invoicing Ensure despatch of Spares to customers Ensure adherence to business excellence processes and procedures in all activities related to the department Suggest and use of latest technologies and tools for available in the market for the activities within the section Use of technology to automate and enhance efficiency of the processes
