To ensure proper execution of daily O&M activities.
To track and monitor proper functioning of all plant equipments ranging from solar modules, DC installation to Inverters, Equipment Transformers & Switch gear Panels.
To conduct regular checks and maintenance activities as per schedule.
To undertake replacement of faulty material and upkeep of others in OK condition.
To undertake timely cleaning of solar modules as per cleaning cycle.
MIS Interface to Higher Management
To capture daily plant generation data and prepare 'Daily Power Generation Report' for circulation to management.
Daily summarized reporting of major O & M activities.
To prepare and share customized reports with management as per their requirement.
To share generation trends with management and propose solutions to overcome gaps against set targets.
To maintain record of important O & M activities like preventive, replacements, equipment details, warranty claims, cleaning data etc.
Vendor/contract Management
To raise PR.
To track vendor/contract billing & payment, maintain proper control and handle relevant vendor queries.
To regularly educate vendors relating their duties and responsibilities and company expectations from them to get desirable outcomes.
To align vendors with organizational objectives.
