Reporting to QA/QC Manager on all Quality related issues.
Monitoring all activities & materials of construction in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
Preparation of request for inspection with all necessary attachments.
Coordinating with the execution engineer & client inspector for clearing designated inspection at site (Hold & Witness Points).
Preparing & resolving site work queries with client.
Preparing Test schedules, frequency of tests and sampling related to approved Quality Control program.
Raising NC reports for any violations observed.
Coordinating with client for clearing log book entries & closing NCR copies with proposed corrective actions.
Making various types of field changes on drawings & update the same to H.O team.
Preparing Daily Inspection reports on field activities.
Quality field such as: Soil testing & compaction prior to concrete pouring for load bearing & non-load bearing foundations.
Follow up all Quality Functions as per approved quality records, inspection test plan, checklists etc.
Preparing weekly / fortnightly inspection look ahead schedules and inspection reports.
Conduct inspection on all materials received at site & ensure materials to be used confirming to contract plans & specifications.
Preparing & sharing of MIS report.
Attend company monthly team meeting with client.
Assure that work is executed at site as per issued construction drawing
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, NC reports & Site Instructions/Observations, materials delivered & other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of NCs, NCR’s, CAPA & Site Instructions.
