Job Description
· Lead and guide Assembly team for daily operations.
· Ensure production targets in quality & quantity.
· Manage preventive/breakdown maintenance of equipment & fixtures.
· Handle manpower administration, training & skill development.
· Analyze production reports, reduce rejection & optimize raw material usage.
· Drive continual improvement & maintain ISO documentation.
· Ensure clean room practices & neat departmental environment.
· Prepare MIS reports; proficient in MS Word, Excel & PPT.
