What You'll Do

• Understand monthly sales forecast and plan accurate material planning to facilitate purchase department to procure the same.
• Alarming the material shortage to the buyers & changing synthesis and achieve timing closure.
• To generate full kit status to Materials Planning Manager at daily/Weekly basis.
• Planning and Driving the Internal Stake Holders to achieve Production Target.
• Check and Match sales order/forecast vs. commit before and after loaded into MRP system.
• Commit customer’s MRP/Sales Orders based on full kit assumptions.
• Submitting the analyzed E & O report to PM and fallow up for the Claim on Customer liability.
• Ensure optimal inventory level to achieve targeted inventory to meet revenue goods of respective projects assigned.
• Strategies, plan and control materials to achieve targeted inventory turns, zero materials liability and minimize Excess and Obsolescence.
• Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution.
• Communicating ECN to CFT team & updating obsolete material value to PM for the Claim from Customer.
• ECN changes will be communicated to Suppliers through ODM with new drawing and connecting joint call with supplier to make them better understanding.
• Managing material to achieve zero materials liability for the Company, facilitate inventory count to ensure accurate stock status monthly.
• To maintain customer given parts in the ERP system.
• Strong ERP knowledge, Preferably LN.
• Managing the Production Work orders Ageing and Inventory Ageing.
• Publishing the Consolidated CTB file for 13 weeks to management.
• Analysing and working towards the reduction of OSO vs CTB GAP
• Publishing the Inside Materials Update.
• Conducting OOR review with PM and updating the reasons and Action to improve the delivery date for OTD risk models.
• Follow up’s GRN, IGI clearance for the Priority Parts.
• Attending CTG meetings.
• Sharing the NPI models material status review with Program Management.
• Attending customer calls for material status and improvements.
• Providing Suggestion to program team for demand push out and pull in based on our capacity.
• Sharing the Committed CTB Gating parts List for next two months to Buyers for Prioritize the Shipment and payment Plan.
• Sharing the EDC Parts details for next three week to ERM for Prioritize the Solderability test for Committed CTB

Who You Are

• Experience in ETE Material Management Process
• Work experience in EMS Material Planning
• Knowledge on Electronic components and packaging.
• Sound knowledge on MIS reports like Excel, Power Point and ERP
• Good Communication Skills

Educational Background

Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in Material Planning with BTech/BE in EE/EC/E&I Mechanical domain.

Key Skills:

EMS Materials flow, BOM Structures, ERP Knowledge, Excel, and Power Point, Exposure to Lean Manufacturing practices.
