Role & responsibilities Working experience on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management. Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support business intelligence needs. Connect to various data sources using DirectQuery and transform data for reporting purposes. Implement row-level security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access. Write complex DAX queries for advanced calculations and data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices. Provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions for optimizing WMS functionalities. Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes. Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service requests during on-call shifts. Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records. Participate in post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Manhattan WMS and Microsoft Power BI development. Proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data transformation. Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and best practices.
