JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Oversee and manage electrical maintenance operations for utilities such as

  UPS, DG Sets, HVAC, ETP, RO, Electrical Panels, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)

  , etc., ensuring system reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Plan and execute

  preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

  schedules to minimize unplanned breakdowns and downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults to ensure quick restoration of equipment and systems.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians in daily maintenance activities.
• Conduct

  root cause analysis (RCA)

  for recurring electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate

  maintenance records, logs, reports, and technical documentation

  .
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, alignment, and balancing of new electrical and associated mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with

  ISO, NABL, CII, EHS, and OHSAS

  standards during routine operations and audits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance records.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and statutory regulations at all times.
