Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FRESHERS WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY

We are hiring for ON ROLE position.

Role & responsibilities

Adhere to safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) every day
Operate machines according to standard operating procedures
Inspect parts for defects and maintain quality control standards
Follow work orders on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and use TG Scan for stock transactions
Account for materials used and produced according to work orders and quantities
Upload data in real-time to the Smart Measure Data software
Check and maintain machine condition according to the daily check sheet
Ensure that products are made to defined standards and tolerances with 100% quality
Clean the workplace and machines at the end of each workday
Maintain 5S and 3C in all areas
Report any abnormal conditions to the Machine/Process/Product Manager
Request and receive approval for leaves in advance
Maintain and calibrate quality instruments such as gauges, dials, tension gauges, master rails, and blocks
