Engineer - Instrumentation

As an Instrumentation Engineer Reliability, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of site-wide instrumentation systems including DCS, PLC, ESD, and SCADA. Your role will involve supporting statutory compliance, safety, and continuous asset improvement through hands-on troubleshooting, planning, and system upgrades. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain reliability of control systems such as DCS, PLC, ESD, and SCADA. - Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for instrumentation issues. - Oversee calibration and maintenance of instruments including SMPS, F&G, GC, CCTV, and lab tools. - Support instrumentation in new projects, both greenfield and brownfield. - Manage spares, procurement, and vendor coordination. - Enhance reliability of package PLCs and operational modes. - Ensure ISO/statutory-compliant calibration documentation. - Participate in SAT/FAT for new systems. - Coordinate with operations and engineering for maintenance and repairs. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelors/Masters in Instrumentation Engineering. - Experience: 3-8 years in plant maintenance and reliability. - Expertise in control systems, RCA, preventive maintenance, and CAPEX projects. - Experience with SAP-PM or similar CMMS. - Preferred background in renewable energy, oil & gas, or process industries.
