Job Description

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production procedures, process standards/documentation, and flow diagrams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing production plans aligned with operational goals. - Managing route cards, production records, and drawings for workflow tracking. - Maintaining tools, jigs, and fixtures inventory to ensure availability. - Implementing a Risk Matrix and Skill Matrix for risk management and resource optimization. - Conducting risk analysis and creating mitigation strategies. - Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production efficiency and performance. - Tracking preventative and breakdown maintenance records. - Leading continual improvement initiatives (Kaizen). - Planning and optimizing production schedules. - Ensuring compliance with FOD (Foreign Object Debris) processes. - Aligning processes with AS9100D standards for quality and safety compliance. - Efficiently utilizing resources and maintaining familiarity with Oracle NetSuite ERP for production planning and resource management.
