Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and test new engineering projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Engineer with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
