Engineer - Hydraulics & Controls( Dredging)

Responsibilities

Manpower management and effective utilization of workshop resources.Ensure adherence to PMS of the hydraulic assemblies/components.Provide maintenance execution tasks against PM plans for cost monitoring.Ensure critical instruments and tools in the workshop are calibrated as per OEM recommendations.Knowledge in handling, operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic system and its control system. Study process deficiencies and suggest modifications for better control and monitoring of system.Knowledge in blueprint of hydraulic system to diagnose problems.To support all RCA and CAPA implementation.Provide input related to Budget preparation.Ensure a safe work environment in the workshop and onboard.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical (Essential) or B Tech (Desirable)05-10 years experience in Hydraulics & its Controls system.
