Engineer- Field Service

As a Field Service Engineer at our company, your role involves providing field services to GI customers within the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Preventive Maintenance on time for all GI Products - Responding to breakdown calls promptly - Conducting training sessions as requested - Supporting marketing events - Negotiating commercial aspects with customers - Increasing AMC penetration - Participating in training sessions - Selling accessories directly through OMSI To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Technical education (Diploma or BE/B Tech) with basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Willingness to travel extensively - Minimum of a graduate degree in a science stream - At least 2 years of work experience in the medical equipment/service industry If you are passionate about field services and meet the qualification requirements, we encourage you to email your resume to taru.arora@olympus.com.,
