Engineer-Field Service

The job involves providing field services to GI customers within a given territory. Responsibilities include carrying out preventive maintenance on all GI products, attending breakdown calls and providing on-site solutions, installing Gastro/Respiratory equipment, conducting training sessions, supporting marketing events, negotiating commercial aspects with customers, increasing AMC penetration, participating in training sessions, and selling accessories directly through OMSI. Qualifications required for the role include a technical education (Diploma or BE/B Tech) with basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Candidates should be open to extensive travel, hold a minimum graduate degree in a science stream, and have at least 2 years of work experience in the medical equipment/service industry.
