Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Hyderabad area. As a Field Service Technician, He will be responsible for providing quality installations, maintenance, and repairs of plastic injection/extrusion equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and circuits. Work You ll Do: Installation of Injection Molding Machine Troubleshoot and repair Plastic Injection Molding Machine. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities on the Machine. Effectively interface with customers for troubleshooting issue of Injection Molding machine. Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required spares and services. Other duties may be assigned. Team: This role will be part of the Aftermarket Service team and report directly to the Regional Service Manager - Hyderabad. Basic Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor degree in Plastic technology, Electrical Electronic Engineering, or other related field. 5+ years of experience working with hydraulics, mechanics, and/or similar skillsets. Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with plastic injection equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tools. Mechanical, electrical, and Hydraulic skills to trouble shoot machine problems. Ability to read and understand Hydraulic and electrical schematics.
