Role Overview: As a Field Operations Engineer at our company, your main responsibility will be to attend daily calls, ensure timely closure of the calls, and maintain proper records. You will be required to collect spares from the office and return faulty ones, as well as make daily reports for documentation purposes. Additionally, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, electronic security systems, and intrusion alarm systems. Your technical expertise will be crucial in providing basic support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, and security systems. It is essential that you maintain the site assigned to you meticulously, ensuring complete knowledge and details about the site while maintaining good coordination with customers. You will also be expected to coordinate with the support team and other field engineers to resolve site-level problems efficiently, as well as share your best practices with other engineers to provide effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Attend daily calls based on call allocation and ensure timely closure - Collect spares from the office and return faulty ones - Prepare daily reports for record-keeping - Install and configure CCTV systems, electronic security systems, and intrusion alarm systems - Provide basic technical support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, and security systems - Maintain the assigned site diligently, ensuring complete knowledge and details about the site - Coordinate with customers to ensure good relations and effective communication - Collaborate with the support team and other field engineers to resolve site-level problems efficiently - Share best practices with other engineers to enhance solution-providing capabilities Qualifications Required: - Mandatory: ITI/IIT, Diploma in Hardware/Networking, Electronics, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, clear concept of network, CCTV, sensors, routers, and DVRs - Preferable: B.Tech, BE - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Retail/Banking Electronic Security System Industry/Service Field - Stability in the last two jobs for a minimum of 2-5 years - Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English - Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment (Note: No additional details about the company were included in the job description.)
