Engineer-Electronic HW

The role involves supporting the design of analog and digital circuits for electronic sub-systems in the EV charger domain. Your responsibilities will include validating circuits through simulations, identifying cost-reduction opportunities for existing products, and participating in EMI/EMC and certification tests. You will collaborate primarily with Product Development teams in Pune, contributing to Energy Transition & Digital Services (ETDS) initiatives. You should have a good understanding of board-level power supplies, microelectronics, microcontroller-based systems, analog/digital circuits, and sensors. Additionally, knowledge of microcontroller/processor-based hardware design and integration is required. You should be able to simulate electronic systems, including analog and digital components. Familiarity with electronics and embedded system design is necessary, as well as an understanding of validation, verification, and testing for embedded controllers. Proficiency in tools like LTSpice/PSpice, Altium/OrCAD, and FEA tools for development is preferred. Strong soft skills and the ability to optimize resources in design and manufacturing processes are essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must, along with a high aptitude for creativity, self-direction, and innovation.
