As an Engineer at Hero Motocorp, you will hold the position of Lead Engineer responsible for commuter Motorcycle Calibration, drivability, and emission. Your primary role involves overseeing commuter motorcycle calibration activities in alignment with the approved model strategy, focusing on implementing relevant technologies while ensuring delivery within Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters. Additionally, you will guide a team of engineers in the successful implementation of technologies and calibration strategies on various projects, analyze test results, and make informed decisions on next calibration steps. - Implement the correct calibration methodology and technical solutions to meet CTQ targets for commuter motorcycle calibration projects - Ensure the execution of all related calibration tasks at the highest quality level - Execute Design of Experiments (DOE) provided by Expert engineers - Manage calibration projects through the implementation of relevant strategies To qualify for this role, you should: - Hold a BTech/M Tech degree from a renowned institute - Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Possess technical skills in calibration algorithms, ETC stems, basics of ABS calibration, and EVAPO Shed - Demonstrate a proven track record of utilizing optimization tools like CAMEO and CONCERTO - Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Demonstrate analytical thinking, critical reasoning abilities, and stakeholder management Working for Hero Motocorp offers you the opportunity to collaborate with top innovators driven by a passion for excellence.
