Engineer DCC

As an Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed engineering in alignment with codes standards, statutory requirements, and best engineering practices. This includes issuing accurate deliverables such as Feasibility reports, Cost Estimates, Drawing Reports, Troubleshooting & recommendations, procurement documents, and vendor documents Review Reports. Your role will involve ensuring that proposed schemes are safe, technically feasible, and economical, as well as conducting inspection and testing. Detailed engineering tasks for Piping, Equipment & Structural components will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications for this position should include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Static Equipment Design Engineering and Piping Engineering, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the EPC field. Familiarity and hands-on experience with Design software will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out detailed engineering in compliance with codes standards and best practices - Issue accurate deliverables including Feasibility reports, Cost Estimates, Drawing Reports, etc. - Ensure proposed schemes are safe, technically feasible, and economical - Conduct inspection and testing - Create Spare part drawings for in-house shop manufacturing, tendering, and import substitution - Follow QMS and EMS procedures, maintaining related documents and records - Allocate jobs based on available resources and priority - Make engineering decisions during in-house detailed engineering and while working with external contractors Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Knowledge of Static Equipment Design Engineering and Piping Engineering - Minimum three years of relevant experience in the EPC field - Familiarity with Design software is an added advantage This position requires analytical ability, self-starting attitude, proactive approach, good interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making ability, as well as problem analyzing & solving ability.,
