Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer - Construction Management based in Chennai. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing as an architect's representative construction projects, reviewing project timelines, coordinating with contractors, certifying bills and monitoring quality control. Daily tasks include reviewing co-ordination of drawings between site and office, conducting inspections and ensuring construction engineering standards are met across ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Construction Drawings and Civil Engineering principles
• Proficiency in Inspection processes and techniques
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications such as PE or PMP are a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
