Engineer, Associate

As a Hardware Systems Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing cutting-edge frameworks and systems for state-of-the-art mobile, edge, auto, AR/VR, compute, IOT, and wearable products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify hardware testing needs and integrate components into products or systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing high-speed hardware reference boards for smartphones - Conducting signal integrity and PDN analysis and simulation - Working with cross-functional teams including CAD, Mechanical, Chip Design, SW, and manufacturing - Hands-on experience in high-speed board design with components such as processors, DDR, eMMC, Display, Camera sensors, MIPI, DSI, CSI, HDMI interface, and PCI express - Knowledge of transmission lines, cross talk, decoupling, low-power supply design, and layout of high-performance PCBs - Strong signal integrity and PDN Analysis experience **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience, or related work experience - OR Master's degree in Engineering or related field with 1+ year of Hardware Engineering experience, or related work experience - OR PhD in Engineering or related field - 0 to 2 years of experience in designing high-speed hardware reference boards for smartphones Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities during the application/hiring process.
