Job Summary Responsible for contributing in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. Job Description E2, Site Reliability Engineer Core Responsibilities Coding and Scripting: Proficiency in programming languages like Python/ Java and scripting languages like JavaScript / Bash / Perl System Administration: Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and Windows Networking: Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting Monitoring and Observability: Skills in using monitoring tools (Datadog) and setting up observability practices Incident Management: Ability to handle and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures Security: Knowledge of security best practices and tools to ensure system integrity and data protection Employees at all levels are expected to: Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and cloud-native applications CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and processes Automation: Expertise in automating repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency Disclaimer: This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
