Job Description

Education Required: Diploma (Mechanical) Required Experience: 3-6 years Job Responsibilities: Maintenance planning and execution for the advance automation engine assembly facility by Preventive maintenance adherence along with continues improvement in check sheet based on equipment maintenance experience. Maintaining PM documentation schedules. Predictive maintenance (Condition based maintenance) execution and countermeasures on observed abnormality Quick response on breakdown maintenance and according implementation of countermeasures horizontal deployment on other equipment Proactive support to production by installing reliable quality assurance POKA Yoke Basic knowhow of ISO standard (ISO9001, ISO14001). Knowledge of Calibration: Nutrunner Cosmo leak tester Manage spare parts inventory Follow MSIL safety guidelines and procedures Functional/Technical: Work experience require for the Hardware selection, installation standard, programming and troubleshooting for Basic knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC series of Q, iQ-R series Basic knowledge of Communication network (CC Link, CC Link-IE, Ethernet etc.) architecture Yamaha and IAI multi axis Robo cylinders working knowhow Fanuc Robot working diagnosis experience Advanced Pneumatics Hydraulics circuit design troubleshooting Proficient in reading interpreting mech drawings, blueprints schematics Skilled in AutoCAD for designing, modifying analyzing mech systems. Expertise in repairing hydraulic, pneumatic cylinders, pumps valves Sealant Dispensing Systems: Proficient in repairing sealant pumps dispensing valves. Pump Maintenance: Experienced in repairing various types of pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement pump etc.) Clutch Replacement: Skilled in replacing Gear noise tester machine clutches. Mechanical Instrumentation: Knowledge of using micrometer, calipers Bearing Ball screw Maintenance: Knowhow of ball screws, different types of bearings their replacement procedures SMC Electrical Actuators Chain roller conveyor repair experience Understanding of lubrication system design maintenance Smart sensors Vision camera (Make: Keyence, Omron, Cognex) Nutrunner System of Dai Ichi, Atlas Copco, IR, Uryu Cosmo Leak test systems 3 phase induction motor Creative make mech sub assembly Twin Make sealant m/c- Sealant pump knowhow Nutrunner calibration Sedik Make-Motoring test bench Firing test bench knowhow Behavioral: Target orientation Good analytical skills Excellent Communication presentation skills Flexibility Team player Networking skills
