Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance planning & execution for advanced automation engine assembly. Preventive & predictive maintenance adherence & improvement. Quick response to breakdowns & implementation of countermeasures. Support production with Poka-Yoke quality assurance installations. Spare parts inventory management & adherence to safety guidelines. Technical Skills Required: Mitsubishi PLC (Q, iQ-R series), CC Link networks. Fanuc Robot diagnosis, Yamaha & IAI multi-axis Robo cylinders. Pneumatics & hydraulics circuit troubleshooting. Reading & interpreting mechanical drawings, AutoCAD proficiency. Nutrunner calibration, Cosmo leak test systems. Sealant & dispensing system maintenance, motor & pump repairs. Smart sensors & vision cameras (Keyence, Omron, Cognex). Conveyor repair, lubrication system maintenance, mechanical instrumentation.
Behavioral Skills: Target-driven & analytical mindset. Excellent communication & teamwork skills. Flexible & strong networking abilities.
