. Client Relationship & Satisfaction: Act as the single point of contact for client organisations, resolving delivery-related issues and fostering long-term partnerships.. Strategic Planning: Contribute to service line strategy, competitiveness, and growth initiatives.. Transformation & Innovation: Lead industrialised innovation efforts, including automation, process reengineering, and digital enablement.. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to contract terms, process controls, and regulatory requirements.
. 15+ years of experience in F&A service delivery.
. Expertise in F&A , with core expertise in O2C, P2P,. Expertise in P&L management.. Exposure in transformation initiatives.. Experience working in either BPO or captive environment, with adaptability to both models.. Strong commercial knowledge and ability to drive margin improvement.. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.. Experience with global delivery models and multi-location teams.
