As a highly competent and experienced Dental Practitioner, you will be responsible for a wide range of clinical aspects in dentistry with advanced problem-solving skills. Your role will involve managing complex patient presentations and providing efficient dental services independently. Additionally, you will be required to offer guidance to Junior Dental Practitioners, interns, and the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing patient complaints and establishing clinical guidelines and policies - Leading quality and safety initiatives, audit, and reporting requirements - Ensuring all clinical staff are updated with credentialing requirements - Developing processes to enhance the quality of care and minimize risks - Upholding high standards of care, safety, and mandatory reporting requirements - Resolving clinical complaints and maintaining patient records - Providing leadership for daily clinical management and conducting staff reviews - Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, supervisory abilities, and mentoring skills Furthermore, your qualifications should include: - Demonstrated high performance and competence in dentistry - Previous senior dental clinical leadership experience - Knowledge and commitment to public dentistry principles - High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team - Proven experience in clinical governance and quality improvement activities The company values your dedication to professional conduct, responsiveness to enquiries, and commitment to upholding the values associated with the organization.
