End User Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Resolve Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive login/sync/access issues.
• Handle phishing mails, O365 account lock/unlock, license assignments, and admin portal fixes.
• Manage SharePoint access, SMB/DL creation and updates, and user/group changes.
• Perform AD/Azure AD user provisioning, access troubleshooting, MFA setup, and conditional access updates.
• Monitor and fix Azure AD Connect sync and security group membership issues.
• Deploy apps, updates, and policies through SCCM/Intune and manage device compliance.
• Handle Windows 10/11 imaging, patching, and OS/application troubleshooting.
• Support VDI access, remote apps, USB exceptions, and admin access requests.
• Manage store user accounts, profiles, mailbox/H-drive updates, and store access tasks.
• Install desktop software and troubleshoot basic network, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Monitor Microsoft service health alerts, dashboards, and send required communications.

Required Skills

• 58 years in End User Engineering, M365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Support and manage Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policies, VDI, and other EUC tools.
• Experience in M365, Exchange Online, MECM/SCCM, Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, endpoint management, Winsows imaging, Autopilot, Hybrid Join, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Deep knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft licensing.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and general O365 issues.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation of user provisioning, reporting, and device tasks.
• Handle user incidents, service requests, and escalations with strong diagnostics and RCA skills.
• Manage user provisioning, AD/Azure AD updates, MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access, and security group activities.
• Deploy applications, patches, and policies using Intune and SCCM while maintaining device compliance.
• Configure certificates, VPN, Wi-Fi profiles, and resolve basic network, VPN, and connectivity issues.
